One can be assured for at least 15 years using this material.  However, they are easily flammable and should be used only in the places where the traffic is controlled and monitored, and people using the roof do not throw cigarette ends or any objects with fire.

Roofing Foams

Resin and isocyanate components are applied components sprayed with large sprayers on the existing roof to form thick and uniform layers, and they expand to nearly 25 times and adhere to steel, concrete and wooden roofs. After completion, one would not find any seams as they are spread to form a uniform layer and is monolithic. They provide an excellent insulation solution to the roof. However, if the spraying is not done correctly or if the components are not mixed in proper proportions, the purpose to stop leakage is not solved.

Rubber With EPDM
